Brian F. Carroll,
Managing Partner
Brian leads Carroll Capital’s investment process across deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio company initiatives.
Prior to founding Carroll Capital in 2017, Brian spent over two decades at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) in New York and London, where he was a Partner of the firm and served on its Investment Committee. Prior to KKR, Brian began his career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Brian graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics and a B.A.S. in Systems Engineering and has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Managing Director
Lin supports Carroll Capital’s investment process across deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio company initiatives
Prior to joining Carroll Capital in 2018, Lin was a portfolio company executive for the Capstone group of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) and a public equities analyst for Coatue Management. Lin began his career at the Boston Consulting Group.
Lin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Political Science.
Ian Ronda
Vice President
Ian supports Carroll Capital’s investment process across deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio company initiatives.
Prior to joining Carroll Capital in 2021, Ian worked at Jefferies in the firm’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group, where he focused primarily on multi-site healthcare services companies. Prior to Jefferies, Ian worked at Berkery Noyes, focusing on lower middle market M&A transactions.
Ian graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
William Duplock
Associate, Business Development
Will leads Carroll Capital’s business development and sourcing efforts through advisor relationships, direct outreach, market research, and portfolio company initiatives.
Prior to joining Carroll Capital in 2022, Will was VP of Business Development at Kingsview Partners, an independent RIA and asset manager, where he focused on establishing new branch locations nationwide.
Will graduated from the University of St Andrews with an M.A. in Modern History.
